Molded TPU bumpers wrap the chassis to absorb drops and scrapes, the antenna is fully internal so there is nothing to snag, and improved water resistance gives you more confidence driving in wet conditions.

It runs frequency-agile DSMR+ technology and offers Dual Protocol compatibility, so it binds to both Spektrum DSMR and SLT receivers. Twelve proportional channels plus a set of auxiliary switches make it easy to run lights, winches, mixes and other accessories. Programming is handled through a capacitive Tap touch panel and a backlit LCD that stays readable day or night, and built-in telemetry can show motor RPM, speed, battery voltage and temperature with compatible electronics. A USB-C port handles firmware updates and lets the radio double as a game controller.

Driver-focused touches include an off-road style treaded wheel, a thumb steering lever for safer one-hand control, a removable rubber grip, dual lanyard mounts, a front chassis guard with accessory mounting points, and a built-in compartment for small tools. AVC technology settings can be tuned right from the transmitter with compatible receivers.

Key Features

12 fully proportional channels

DSMR+ 2.4GHz, backward compatible with DSM2

Dual Protocol: binds DSMR and SLT receivers

Capacitive Tap interface with backlit LCD

Built-in telemetry and programmable vibration alerts

TPU bumper chassis protection and water-resistant design*

Thumb steering lever for one-hand driving

Multiple mixes including Motor on Axle (MOA)

5.5ms frame rate with compatible receivers

20-model memory, Smart Technology compatible

USB-C for firmware updates and game controller mode

Specs

Channels: 12

Band: 2.4GHz, DSMR+ / DSM2

Frame rate: 5.5ms

Model memory: 20

Input voltage: 3.5–9.6V

Battery: 4x AA (not included)

Dimensions: 9.88" H x 6.29" L x 4.8" W (251 x 160 x 122mm)

Weight: 402g

Application: cars, trucks, crawlers, buggies and boats

In the Box

DX Rugged+ transmitter

Product manual

Needed to complete: 4 AA batteries and a compatible DSMR or SLT receiver (transmitter only, no receiver included).

*See the DX Rugged+ manual for water resistance limitations.

https://islandhobbynut.com/fr/products/spektrum-spmr6220g-dx-rugged-12-channel-dsmr-surface-transmitter-green
