The Cobra 8 ACE is built on our Cobra 8 ESC but with enhanced drag racing features and beefed up to handle the extreme conditions of drag racing. It is engineered with cutting-edge technology tailored specifically for 1/10th Drag Racing vehicles.

    • Increased tune-ability on how much power the ESC gives the motor to get off the line and out of the prep
    • Start Power Ramp Time - Allows users to adjust how quickly the start power ramps in on launch
    • Start Power Hold Time - Sets how long it holds the start power before moving into boost timing or programmed throttle mode
  • RPM Limiter
    • Allows users to set a maximum motor RPM, reducing rotor failures if driveline components fail.
  • Boost Timing
    • Increases motor timing up to 120° total timing (sensors required)
    • RPM Based or Throttle Percentage based modes
  • Turbo Timing
    • Additional timing that activates after Boost Timing, up to 120° total.
    • Adjustable activation point based on throttle percentage
    • Tunable rate of acceleration based on degrees per second.
  • Programmed Throttle Curve
    • Allows users to set a throttle curve that automatically engages at launch
    • Time based activation that engages at an adjustable throttle input

An external capacitor pack must be used with the Ghost RC Cobra 8 ACE. Failure to use an external capacitor pack will affect ESC performance and can lead to damage.
