Installation Notes

• Remove the original motor mount according to the vehicle manual.
• Install the motor and set the desired pinion-and-spur gear mesh.
• Leave a small amount of movement between the pinion and spur gears.
• Fully tighten the mount after confirming smooth gear rotation.
• Apply removable thread-locking compound to metal-to-metal screws where appropriate.
• Check motor and gear clearance before operating the vehicle.
• Recheck all mounting hardware after the first run.
