Transmission output gear, 44-tooth. One per package.
The output gear passes drive from the transmission into the driveline. Stripped or chipped teeth here produce a distinctive clicking under load and will strand the truck once enough teeth go, so it is worth inspecting whenever the gear covers are off.
Important: Traxxas specifies that this requires #8950X or #8996X steel constant-velocity driveshafts and the #8983 driveshaft adapter.
Fits: Traxxas Maxx Slash (102076-4).
Direct replacement for the factory transmission output gear.
