1/43 Scale Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 NISMO Grand Touring Diecast Car (Gray)

Resin model

In the mid-1990's NISMO (now Nissan Motorsports & Customizing) began to adapt and commercialize the technology and know-how cultivated in motorsports to street cars. With the 2nd generation GT-R as the base, NISMO released a complete car 'NISMO 400R' as well as a selection of engine, chassis, and original setting parts in package formats. Marketing these parts at NISMO shops nationwide, the NISMO brand became widely recognized. After the release of the NISMO R34 Z-tune in 2007, production of parts for the 2nd generation GT-R ceased until 2011 when performance was raised to modern performance standards. Development continued with the CRS (Clubman Race Spec) and the first model chosen was the R34 GT-R. Once the body is stripped down to its white base, each part is renewed as far as possible. A racing driver is responsible for setting up the finished vehicle and verifies whether it has reached the target performance. NISMO's strength is that its development is no different to a racing car system, unlike after-market parts retailers. Even after its completion in 2012, NISMO has continually updated and improved the R34 in the pursuit of perfection. In comparison to the R32/R33 CRS, the R34 was developed to be more circuit-oriented with high-output R2 engine and reinforced suspension.
