Description

The PowerHobby 3S 1300mAh battery lineup provides compact, dependable power for compatible RC cars, trucks, buggies, boats, helicopters, aircraft, drones, and other models requiring a three-cell battery. Multiple discharge ratings and connector configurations are available, allowing customers to select the battery that best matches their model’s electronics, performance requirements, and battery compartment.

The standard 11.1V LiPo versions are available in 50C, 60C, 75C, and 120C configurations. These batteries provide a practical balance of capacity, weight, and power for smaller RC applications. The 50C, 75C, and 120C versions feature an XT60 power connector, while the 60C version uses an EC3 connector.

The two 80C versions are high-voltage LiHV batteries with an 11.4V nominal rating. They can be charged up to 4.35V per cell, or 13.05V for the complete 3S pack, when used with a charger that supports LiHV balance charging. Their 80C continuous and 160C burst ratings make them suitable for demanding drone, helicopter, jet, and high-performance aircraft applications. Both 80C part numbers share the same basic battery specifications, but one version is specifically listed for the Blade Vortex 250.

The 120C Power Pro version provides the highest discharge performance in this group and features a compact 69 x 34 x 21mm configuration. The current PowerHobby page contains conflicting burst-rate figures, listing both 140C and 150C; the continuous rating is confirmed as 120C.

These PowerHobby LiPo batteries include a six-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, hard landings, improper mounting, user-caused deformation, overcharging, deep discharging, or excessive discharge current.

Always verify the voltage, connector type, polarity, battery dimensions, and available battery-compartment space before installation. Charge only with a compatible balance charger using the correct LiPo or LiHV setting.
