PowerHobby Aluminum Motor Heatsink with Twin Cooling Fans Silver for Traxxas Slash 4X4

Description

The PowerHobby Aluminum Motor Heatsink with Twin Cooling Fans is designed to help reduce motor temperatures in compatible Traxxas Slash 4X4 vehicles.

The aluminum heatsink clips directly onto compatible 540- or 550-size motors. Multiple cooling fins increase the available surface area for heat dissipation, while the twin-fan assembly provides additional airflow across the motor during extended runs and demanding driving conditions.

The anodized silver finish adds a clean upgrade appearance. A standard 2-pin receiver plug allows connection to a compatible receiver channel or regulated power source.

Installation Note

Clip the aluminum heatsink securely onto a clean section of the motor can. Make sure the assembly cannot rotate or contact the motor shaft, pinion gear, spur gear, driveshaft, or other moving components.

Connect the standard 2-pin plug to a compatible receiver channel or regulated power source. Confirm connector polarity before applying power.

The power source connected to the cooling fans must not exceed 6V DC. Do not connect the fan assembly directly to a 2S, 3S, or higher-voltage LiPo battery.
