Team Associated ASC30127 Apex2 Sport ST550 RTR

The all-new ST550 Super Touring race car from Team Associated is a highly detailed and fun-to-drive ready-to-run vehicle, arriving fully assembled with electronics installed. It is built on the budget-friendly Apex2 Sport chassis, which brings genuine racing engineering to a price point aimed at drivers getting into the class.

Front and rear independent suspension with coil-over shocks handles the surface irregularities that upset lesser cars, and active rear toe adds stability under acceleration and through corners. Together these give the Apex2 Sport its handling on uneven tarmac, which is precisely what the Super Touring race class demands.

Because the ST550 shares the Apex2 Sport platform with the rest of the range, replacement parts and factory team hop-ups are readily available when it is time for maintenance or a step up in performance. That makes this a practical entry into Super Touring racing rather than a dead end, with a clear upgrade path as your pace improves.
