Front shock tower in blue.
The shock tower carries the upper shock mounts and takes the full load of every landing. Any flex there lets shock geometry move under load and makes damping inconsistent exactly when you need it most. It is also one of the parts most likely to crack in a heavy nose-in landing, so a spare is worth having.
Fits: Traxxas Jato 4X4 VXL (90386-4).
Direct replacement for the factory front shock tower.
