Kyosho UM510-01 Swing Shaft 62.5mm

Kyosho UM510-01 is a genuine 62.5mm swing shaft, the inner half of the universal driveshaft assembly on Kyosho's 1/10 scale off-road buggies. This is the shaft that runs from the differential outdrive to the outer axle joint, transmitting all the drive torque to the rear wheel while allowing the suspension to move through its full travel. Universals see constant articulation under load, so the shaft and its joint are among the harder-working steel parts on the car.

Because Kyosho sells this piece individually, you can repair a damaged universal by replacing just the failed component instead of buying a complete new set, which is a real saving when only one side is bent. It is the direct service part for the UM510 universal swing shaft set, fitting the Ultima RB5 and the Lazer ZX-5 where that set is installed. Package includes one swing shaft. Pair it with the matching wheel shaft if the outer half is damaged too.
