Description

Powerhobby Aluminum Motor Heatsink + Twin Cooling Fan FOR Traxxas Slash 4X4

Description

The Powerhobby Aluminum Motor Heatsink with Dual Cooling Fans is designed to help reduce motor temperatures in the Traxxas Slash 4x4 and other compatible vehicles using a 540- or 550-size motor.

The aluminum heatsink clips around the motor can and features multiple cooling fins to increase the available surface area for heat dissipation. Two cooling fans provide additional airflow across the motor during extended runs and demanding driving conditions.

The fans use a standard two-pin receiver-style power connector and must be powered by a source that does not exceed 6V DC.

Installation Note

Clip the heatsink securely around a clean section of the motor can. Make sure the heatsink, fans, and wiring do not contact the motor shaft, pinion gear, spur gear, center driveshaft, or other moving components.

Connect the cooling fans only to a compatible power source that does not exceed 6V DC. Do not connect the fans directly to a 2S or 3S battery.
