Traxxas 6855-ORNG Driveshaft Center Aluminum Orange

Centre driveshaft machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an orange anodized finish, 214mm.

The centre driveshaft carries all drive torque from the transmission to the front differential, so it is one of the most heavily loaded parts in the truck. Aluminum resists the twisting deflection that a composite shaft shows under 4s power — that deflection is felt as a slight delay between throttle and drive, and it worsens as the shaft fatigues.

Fits: Traxxas Jato 4X4 VXL (90386-4).
