Vanquish VPS10210 VFD Twin Machined Transfer Case Gear Set VS4-10 Phoenix Portal

The Vanquish VPS10210 VFD Twin Machined Transfer Case Gear Set replaces every sintered gear inside the VFD Twin transfer case with heavy-duty machined steel 48-pitch gears. The idler gear assembly is converted to a one-piece unit, which cuts gear play and adds strength for hard crawling and high-torque setups.

It is a direct upgrade for the VS4-10 Phoenix Portal and the standalone VFD Twin Transmission Kit, and it is the go-to fix when stock gears start to wear or skip under load.

Install note: follow the VPS09007 or VPS10200 manual and note gear locations. The 32T is the largest and goes on the rear output for dig, the 30T sits at the front of the front output, and the 25T at the back of the front output.
