Powerhobby Twister Fan w/Aluminum Cover for Mamba XLX ESC
Description
Help keep your Castle Creations Mamba XLX electronic speed controller running cooler with the PowerHobby Twister High-Speed Aluminum Cooling Fan. Designed for high-powered RC applications, this upgraded cooling system produces strong airflow across the ESC to help reduce heat buildup during racing, aggressive bashing, repeated acceleration, speed runs, and extended driving sessions.
Large brushless power systems can generate substantial heat when operated under heavy loads. Adding a dedicated high-speed fan can improve airflow around the ESC, helping it maintain a more controlled operating temperature and reducing the possibility of heat-related performance loss or thermal shutdown.
The cooling fan features a durable aluminum cover that helps protect the fan blades from light debris and accidental contact. Its ball-bearing design provides smooth operation and improved durability for demanding RC use.
The included 3S LiPo power adapter allows the fan to be powered from a compatible 11.1V battery and features an integrated on/off switch for convenient control. The fan may also be powered from a compatible receiver or regulated auxiliary power source within its specified voltage range.

Fits
- Castle Creations Mamba XLX ESC
Fitment is based on the original Castle Creations Mamba XLX ESC housing and cooling-fan mounting area. Confirm the model of your ESC before ordering.

Installation Notes
Disconnect the vehicle battery before installing or servicing the cooling fan. Position the fan securely over the Mamba XLX ESC and make sure the fan blades can rotate freely without contacting the cover, wiring, or surrounding components.
The fan can be powered using the included 3S LiPo adapter and on/off switch. It may also be connected to a compatible receiver or regulated power source supplying between 6V and 11.1V.
Verify the connector type, polarity, voltage, and available current before applying power. Do not connect the fan to a power source exceeding 11.1V.
Route all wiring away from the motor shaft, pinion gear, spur gear, driveshafts, suspension components, and other moving parts. Secure loose wiring with cable ties or clips before operating the vehicle.
