Team Associated ASC6042 RC10 Metallic Edition Kit

The Team Associated RC10 Metallic Edition Kit is a limited-edition 1:10 scale 2WD electric off-road buggy released to mark the 41st anniversary of the original 1984 RC10. It is a modern reissue of the car that defined a generation of American off-road racing, and it is built around the rigid aluminum monocoque tub chassis that made the original famous, complete with an etched AE logo.

The kit is supplied with long-throw, fluid-filled racing shocks using machined alloy cylinders, fully adjustable independent suspension front and rear, a VariLok differential, and modular three-piece clamping competition wheels. Together these give the builder period-correct RC10 Classic looks alongside the adjustability expected of a race chassis.

This is a complete kit that requires assembly. A motor, electronic speed control, radio system, battery pack, charger and pinion gear are needed to finish the car and are not included. It is a collector-grade reissue of the classic RC10 platform rather than a replacement part.
